We seek a Director of Nursing with previous leadership experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility for our a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Columbus, Ohio .

The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents, and their families.

Requirements :

Must possess a postgraduate degree in nursing or a related field; or the knowledge and skills associated with an advanced degree;

or a written plan to obtain these qualifications. A related field may include healthcare administration or business administration.

• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
• Previous leadership experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility
• Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.

Job Description :

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing team in a psychiatric healthcare facility in Columbus, OH.

The successful candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in nursing or a related field and a current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
