We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Care Technician Trainee (PCT Trainee). In this role, you will receive thorough training to deliver high-quality care to patients in a safe and supportive environment. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will learn to perform essential hemodialysis treatments following our policies and procedures.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE :
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs.
- Conducting blood tests and accurately documenting patient information.
- Preparing and overseeing dialysis equipment to ensure it operates smoothly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.

Experience : One (1) year of medical experience is preferred.Education : High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.License / Certification : Current CPR certification is required. BONENT / NNCC / NNCO certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire. CDPH CHT certification is required for California locations within 18 months from hire.BENEFITS OFFERED
