The Raytheon Industry 4.0 (I4.0) team is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sr. Manager, I4.0 Project Management Excellence with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and a proven track record of delivering complex digital & cyber-physical solutions.
The candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, project management expertise, leadership abilities, and business acumen to ensure projects are successfully completed, on time, and within budget while driving innovation. This individual is responsible for leading our I4.0 Project Management Excellence team with proper planning, execution, and monitoring of projects including earned value performance tracking and status and delivering quality capabilities that meet requirements.
This role works across functions and levels in the business supporting a complex network of existing and developing digital and cyber-physical factory automation systems, creating I4.0 within the business. The candidate will work in a highly collaborative, innovative, geographically distributed team, and will be working in an Agile management framework.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
