Responsibilities :
- Leadership and management of engineers and technicians
- Technical supervision and design capabilities in various areas
- Client development and management
- Familiarity with local zoning ordinances and design criteria
- Community involvement and contribution to civic organizations
- Proposal development and tracking performance
- Presentations at hearings and meetings
- Project types include site design, residential subdivisions, and municipal projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Professional engineer registration in Oklahoma
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Additional desirable experience in entitlements, site planning, and design software
Advancement :
This position will report directly to the Team Leader in Norman, OK and offers additional career and leadership growth opportunities based on performance.
