Storm Force Management Team (SFMT) System Administrator

Responsibilities

Peraton is hiring a Storm Force Management Team (SFMT) system administrator to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Fort Meade MD. As a Systems Administrator on our team you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As a SFMT system administrator on our team you will provide support required to operate and maintain all hardware and software in compliance with established policies required by the customer. This position is technical in nature. The successful individual will perform systems administration in coordination with the ISSO. The Systems Administrator will :

• Provide tier 1 helpdesk support at an annual exercise event
• Collect and transfer files between networks
• Manage user accounts
• Apply and verify patches on Windows and Linux systems
• Update Trellix ePO (Formerly McAfee) security files
• Run and review vulnerability scans and compliance scans
• Manage configuration control of IT assets
• Coordinate with event locations to ensure access #AJCM

Target Salary Range

$112000 - $179000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
