Position Specific Description
NextEra Analytics is seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our New Product Engineering team in St. Paul. You'll work across all phases of the software development life cycle, developing solutions that help validate research into viable products. This role requires leading small project teams, mentoring junior engineers, and communicating effectively with leadership while working in a fast-paced environment alongside data scientists and research teams.

The estimated base pay for this position is $144,000.00to $216,000.00per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education / training.
