The Executive Assistant position is a unique blend of high-level executive support and personal household management for two entrepreneurial brothers. This person will be the right hand to the Guerra family—ensuring both business and personal operations run smoothly, calendars are optimized, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Offering all-in potential from $60,000 to $75,000 annually plus the potential for annual bonuses !

Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, communications, and meetings for the CEO / President and their families
  • Oversee household and estate operations with precision and discretion
  • Execute tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring follow-through on all commitments
  • Provide financial and administrative support, including vendor coordination
  • Coordinate personal and family logistics such as appointments, errands, and household needs
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries, events, and special occasions
  • Serve as the central point of contact for professional and personal matters
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach
  • Protect sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned, which may be subject to change based on the needs of the organization

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives or business owners
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or estate / yacht management (preferred)
  • Strong financial and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Calendar, Yahoo Mail, Office@Hand, and ChatGPT
  • Skilled in navigating multiple vendor websites and platforms
  • Excellent calendar and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable coordinating family and household logistics
