Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage access to a gated neighborhood, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed entry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment for our clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access points, including entrances, exits, and gates, to control the flow of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Verify the identity of individuals seeking entry by checking identification badges, credentials, or visitor passes.
• Enforce access control policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain the security of the facility.
• Issue temporary access badges or passes to visitors and contractors, ensuring they are escorted and supervised as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of access control activities, including logs of visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Provide assistance and directions to visitors and employees regarding access control procedures and entry requirements.
• Report any security incidents, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
• Stay informed about security protocols, emergency procedures, and access control technologies through ongoing training and professional development.
