RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Write and release FDS for more than one product line in English and Spanish.
- Handle content creation in MadCap Flare, customer software documentation, translating documents and manuals
- Offer suggestions to SMEs and engineers in English and Spanish on multiple product lines.
- Act as a liaison between our Technical Writing team and our Guadalajara, Mexico office.
- Writing and releasing Functional Design Specification (FDS).
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing with managing several projects at once.
- Proficient in MadCap Flare.
- Prior experience with systems logic and writing clarifying documentation.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
