Regional Sales Manager
DME is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team remotely in Pennsylvania. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and recommendations to support business operations pertaining to sales, developing and implementing sales plans to accomplish company goals, reviewing market analysis of customer needs, and developing and controlling the defined sales programs for DME products.
Work You'll Do :
- Communicate with customers daily
- Meet team targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends affecting company sales, reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
- Assist leadership in annual review, preparation, and administration of sales forecasts
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives
- Prepare periodic sales reports, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
- Monitor and evaluate activities and products of competitors
- Travel up to 50-75% of the time, including overnight stays
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field with 5+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in mold making, injection molding, or plastics industryAbility to utilize CRM softwareValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPreferred Qualifications :
Experience with Salesforce CRMIndustry experience in mold making, injection molding, or plastics manufacturing
