We are seeking a Remote Clerk to provide administrative and data support to our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. No prior industry experience is requiredtraining will be provided.
Tasks
- Provide administrative support by handling incoming communications such as emails and phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Assist with the scheduling of appointments and meetings ensuring all parties are informed and have access to necessary documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail ensuring all information is kept confidential and secure.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow processes and contribute to the development of administrative procedures and policies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.US applicants only. Must be based in and authorized to work in the US.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Previous clerical administrative customer service or data entry experience.Key Skills
