Requirements :
Education : College CEGEP or other nonuniversity certificate or diploma from aprogram of 1 year to 2 years. A degree in hospitality management ora related field is aplus.
Experience : 1 year toless than 2 years in a management or supervisory role in therestaurantindustry.
Responsibilities :
Overseethe daily operations of the restaurant including staff supervisioncustomer service and overall guestexperience.
Ensure thehighest standards of food quality presentation and service areconsistentlydelivered.
Superviserestaurant inventory and supplies to minimize waste and maintainoptimal stocklevels.
Develop andimplement company policies and safety regulations ensuringadherence and staff training asnecessary.
Provide guidanceand support to restaurant staff including training and performanceevaluations.
