The Financial Engineering team at Coinbase is key to Coinbase's mission to create an open financial system for the world. The Financial Platform team supports all trading flows & products at Coinbase, including hundreds of billions of dollars of transactions per year, by empowering every finance function at Coinbase to operate with precision, agility, and foresight. In this role, you will lead the most-trusted company in crypto as we approach the upcoming bull run. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated product manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You have experience with financial products including customer financial records, and you've led these products at scale. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, able to think through complex challenges, and able to align cross-functional teams effectively to launch products.

Job Duties

• Define the vision and strategy for platforms that powers Coinbase's financial functions.
• Collaborate with finance function users to deliver solutions for Accounting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Treasury, and FP&A capabilities.
• Build robust, scalable solutions that maintain a high-quality standard for financial data.
• Prioritize the roadmap based on customer value and leverage metrics to guide product development.
• Conduct competitive and data analyses to guide decision-making and become an expert in financial and crypto products.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch.

Job Requirements

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Pay Range : $207,485$244,100 USD
