A company is looking for an IT Specialist to join their IT Department and support employees with technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees through helpdesk services
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues
Maintain employee accounts and manage IT-related change requests through a ticketing system
Required Qualifications
Two to three years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Net+, MCSE, Azure) or equivalent experience are considered
Operational knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based technologies
Familiarity with personal computing hardware and mobile devices
