We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Management Analyst to join our Knowledge Management Center of Excellence (CoE) team. As a critical member of the Knowledge Management function, you will support Global Commercial Services (GCS) content approval, delivery, management, and reporting to ensure that our organization delivers high-quality, accurate, and timely content to stakeholders in adherence with compliance and policy standards. This role requires a balance of analytical skills, operational rigor, and creative problem-solving to streamline processes, enhance quality, and provide data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is a high performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is data-driven, organized, and proactive in finding better ways to manage and deliver content through process improvement and automation opportunities. You enjoy connecting dots across teams and take pride in ensuring that the right content reaches the right people at the right time

Key Responsibilities :

Submission Review & Quality Control

Support the review and approval workflow for content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Maintain effective controls to prevent & mitigate risk.

Content Delivery & Management

Maintain and organize content repository (Seismic platform), ensuring information is up to date and accessible.

Identify & implement process improvements to increase efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.

Reporting & Insights

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor content performance.

Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

Work closely with marketing, compliance, technology, and product teams to align content with business objectives.

Act as a point of contact for content-related inquiries and issue resolution.

Minimum Qualifications :

2-4 years of experience in content management, operations, business analysis, or related roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across teams.

Experience working within a risk and compliance environment

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Seismic), workflow management tools, experience using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AirTable) is a plus.

Qualifications

Salary Range : $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually bonus benefits
