Job Title : Credit Risk Review Director

What you'll do
As a Credit Risk Review Director you'll plan and execute multiple credit assurance, advisory, and oversight services for the Bank's second line of defense responsible for the management of credit risk known as the Credit Risk and Review Group. You'll provide credit assurance and advisory services with respect to all credit risk processes and related regulatory expectations, as well as matters involving new policy formulation, policy revisions, credit grading, specific loan loss reserves and new business initiatives. You'll interact with lines of business leaders, regulatory agencies and internal / external auditors to ensure an effective, risk-focused function, and adequate depth / breadth of coverage. You'll demonstrate an excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and expectations pertaining to credit risk management. You'll support a strategic expansion of Internal Credit Risk Review with the establishment of a dedicated Wholesale Banking - Private Credit Coverage Team, equipped with capabilities and expanded review processes that will enhance credit assurance provided to internal and external stakeholders. This position reports to the Senior Credit Risk Review Director and Head of the Credit Risk & Review group.

Compensation
Salary range for new hires is generally $219,630.00 - $271,310.00 for San Jose, CA; $207,535.00 - $256,365.00 for Los Angeles, CA; and $207,535.00 - $256,635.00 for San Diego, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus / incentives earned and restricted stock.
