Position Overview :
Performs a variety of warehouse functions including stocking, picking, and packing merchandise for customer orders.
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions :
- Proper picking and packing merchandise for orders.
- Ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area.
- Efficiently carrying out all orders of the supervisors.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness.
- Coordinate with fellow workers and team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Expertise :
- Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.
- Able to work overtime if required.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Work in an ambient (non-air conditioned) building.
- Must be able to work all shifts.
- Good organization skills and math skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of computers and software programs.
- Good working knowledge of scanners and their programs.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to walk, bend, stoop and stand for 8+ hours a day.
