Who You Are

• A polished, confident Captain with 2+ years of fine-dining experience

• Ideally experienced in Michelin-starred or nationally recognized restaurants

• A leader on the floor—able to guide service, support teammates, and elevate the guest experience

• Calm under pressure in a high-volume, high-expectation environment

• Deeply passionate about hospitality, storytelling, and refined service

• Knowledgeable in global cuisine, wine, and elevated tableside service

• Collaborative, communicative, and excited to help build a long-term legacy team

Compensation Details

• Training wage: $17.00/hour (paid training)

• Post-training tipped wage: $11.35/hour
  (based on $17.00 – $5.65 tip credit)
