Job descriptionEnsuring cares are up to standard among CNA staff. Train / mentor new hires Provide ongoing training as needed Assist management with interviewing & hiring new CNA team members Provide operations reports to management as required Patient treatment required on an as-needed basis, depending on the staff needs / availability.
