Leasing Consultant, Full Time Looking for someone who is a self-starter, has experience using Onesite, is professional, enthusiastic, and has a willingness to work hard are qualities we are looking for in our team members.

Needs to be a very organized and a team player.

This position will be responsible for :

• Operating a full sales desk – sales calls, answering leasing inquiries, providing community information and scheduling appointments with prospective residents.
• Interacting with potential and existing residential tenants, show vacant apartments, explain pricing and lease terms, process rental applications and negotiate lease renewals.
• Completing and recording all traffic / guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes and performing follow-up in a prompt fashion.
• Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends, and completing and reviewing market survey information.
