Summary
The Community and Realtor Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts for the Shea Homes Houston Division and for working with the sales and marketing team to promote and build realtor and community relationships for Shea Homes and Shea Homes Communities. In addition, the Community and Realtor Relations Coordinator will work with the Marketing Manager to develop and promote relationships with Realtors, community members and participating builders in Houston that can help further Shea Homes and Shea Homes Houston Communities’ business success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Realtor Relations
- Work with senior management and the field teams to develop programs that can best promote Shea Homes with realtors and the community.
- Develop relationships with marketing personnel from some of the largest realtors to grow Shea Homes network of realtors.
- Coordinate realtor events like training, open houses, presentations, lunches and other events to increase Shea Homes exposure.
- Track realtor successes and the impact to Shea Homes.
- Present participation and sponsorship opportunities with community associations and networking organizations (GHBA, local Chambers, realtor networks)
- Provide feedback on effort to Marketing Manager to improve outreach methods and events
Marketing
a.Assist with the development of activities and events.
b.Work with the Marketing Manager regarding engaging the agency for any public relations communications.
a.Determining the type of event that provides the right impact for the cost.
b.Propose and conduct similar activities for other planned community events.
