Requirements :

CPA required for all management-level positions (Manager and above)

CPA preferred but not required for Associate and Senior-level roles

Public accounting experience strongly preferred (level based on role)

Solid understanding of tax laws, compliance, and planning strategies

Strong communication, client service, and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities (based on position) :

Prepare or review tax returns for individuals, businesses, partnerships, and trusts

Provide tax planning and compliance services

Research complex tax issues and provide solutions to clients

Lead or support tax engagements and mentor junior staff

Maintain and grow client relationships with proactive communication and guidance
