Seeking a Payroll Specialist to process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for 500+ employees. Must have California payroll experience, strong compliance knowledge, and be proficient in ADP Workforce Now. Salary of $70k + 10% bonus eligibility.

(Hybrid – In-office Monday–Thursday, Remote Friday)

Key Responsibilities :

• Process multi-state payroll and bonuses
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
• Handle benefit deductions, garnishments, and timecard reviews
• Respond to payroll inquiries and support audits
• Maintain payroll records and support onboarding / offboarding
• Partner with HR / Accounting on reporting and reconciliations
