Your Responsibilities :

  • Assess and provide therapy for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster students' academic and social success.
  • Document and monitor student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

    • What You Need to Start :

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • A (Provisional) State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Ability to pass a background check as required for school personnel.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not mandatory—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
