Stonebrook Healthcare Center is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our amazing team! The right candidate will have a current LVN license with preferred experience in a skilled nursing facility.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work a PM shift or NOC shift schedule.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the DON
- Responsible for overall care of residents
- Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both the staff and patient
Assure continuity of quality patient care delivered with appropriate documentation
Prepare regular clinical / progress notes and summaries
Maintain resident confidentiality
Qualifications
Proof of current LVN license
Proof of current CPR certification
Ability to work PM shift schedule
Experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred - may negotiate wage with experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Valid identification and reliable transportation
