Opportunity Once in a lifetime opportunity for an experienced Account Executive 2. We are a well funded startup that has reached the tipping point on market acceptance. Now we need to accelerate sales in order to triple revenue next year. Base pay and performance bonuses are generous and the performance bonus is uncapped.
What You’ll Do We know who our customers are and most know us.
Appointments with prospective customers will be scheduled for you.
Use email and the phone to confirm and set the agenda for the appointments.
Engage in a defined process for the first meeting which includes telling a value story And conducting a product demonstration.
Your “close” is the customer agrees to an evaluation of the Paladin drone system.
Manage the evaluation process.
Close by winning a contract for Paladin products and services.
Track your leads and manage your funnel using Hubspot, our CRM.
What Will Make You Successful Two years experience in an Account Executive position or outbound sales role moving customers through a value selling process Public safety professional or selling experience would be very valuable Conduct 10 demos per week and manage a funnel of 12 evaluations Experience working with a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce Benefits Generous base salary and uncapped commissions.
