What You'll Do :

• Answer phones and assist customers with product questions, order updates, and selections
• Respond to email requests for quotes, samples, and general support
• Build strong relationships by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Support order processing by organizing sales materials and prepping job folders
• Maintain up-to-date customer files, including resale certificates
• Assist with production filing and daily billing processes
