IQ 20 / 20 provides end users with rapid access to actionable insights through a combination of intuitive dashboards and a powerful ad hoc reporting tool. It enables users to explore data flexibly, uncover trends, and make informed decisions with speed and precision. The platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and ease of use across a wide range of healthcare analytics scenarios.
• Whiz AI A newly supported, proprietary AI-based analytics platform that enables natural language querying and conversational insights across pharma performance data. Whiz AI empowers users to interact with data intuitively, surfacing trends across patients, physicians, calls, and prescriptions. Its AI-driven capabilities allow for faster, deeper exploration of complex datasets, making it a transformative tool for life sciences analytics.

Position Summary :

As an Engagement Manager, youll lead the implementation of custom reporting and analytics solutions for our healthcare clientsincluding those in pharma, biotech, and life sciences. Youll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions using IQ 20 / 20, Whiz AI, and other BI tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems through data, thrives in an Agile environment, and is comfortable managing multiple projects and client relationships.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $120,300.00 - $335,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
