About theEligibility & Planning Specialistrole :
We are seeking a diligentand clientfocused Eligibility & Planning Specialist for ourclient to guide and support clients in achieving eligibility forMedicaid Long Term Care (LTC) benefits.
This role involves detailedeligibility planning comprehensive client onboarding financialassessment and effective communication to ensure a smoothtransition through the application process.
The ideal candidatewill possess strong case management skills a solid understanding ofMedicaid LTC guidelines and a commitment to delivering exceptionalcustomerservice.
Responsibilities :
Managea caseload of clients ensuring personalized guidance through theMedicaid eligibility and applicationprocess.
Conduct initialclient onboarding review financial data and strategize customizedeligibility plans.
Secureand review necessary legal and financial documents ensuringcompliance with Medicaidguidelines.
Collaborate withteam members for the efficient handoff of cases maintaining qualityand timeliness throughout theprocess.
Stay informed onstate and federal Medicaid regulations adapting strategies asneeded.
Use companyprovidedproductivity tools for case management in a remote workenvironment.
Maintain highlevels of client confidentiality and adhere to data securitypolicies.
Qualifications :
Highschool diploma or equivalent; further education or certification inrelated fields is aplus.
Proficiency in Englishwith excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
Experience inMedicaid longterm care financial planning or case managementpreferred.
Comfortable withbasic math and financial calculations; proficiency in MicrosoftExcel.
Ability to workindependently manage multiple tasks and meetdeadlines.
