Senior Brand Designer About A.Team : A.Team is disrupting the way people work and the way companies hire their product teams, offering both sides a more flexible alternative to the traditional work structure. Our cloud-based Team Marketplace features a network of 3,000+ A.Teamers (developers, designers, product managers, etc.).

Build a disruptive brand. Challenge the traditional workplace.

This is a highly collaborative role that will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop world-class brand design systems, product launches, content, and campaigns.

What you’ll accomplish : Launch a product that’s disrupting the way people work and hire — creating a new category.

Work cross-functionally with internal (product, sales, marketing) and external teams.

Create engaging, scalable designs that span multiple marketing channels (paid ads, emails, landing pages, blog posts, sales enablement material, brand merchandise, etc.).

Lead creative vision from concept through delivery.

Art direct necessary contributors, e.g., illustrators, 3D designers, and motion designers.

Collaborate with other designers to develop and evolve brand guidelines and processes necessary to execute our brand strategy and deliver brand experiences.

Creative storytelling and communication of complex concepts in ways that are clear and memorable.

About you Experience : 5+ years of design experience, in-house and / or agency.

Strong background and understanding of product design and product-driven brands.

Experience working in both B2B + B2C; bonus if you’ve worked in marketplaces.

Hard Skills : Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator (or Affinity Designer).

Portfolio demonstrates branding, communication, and product design craft.

Soft Skills & Values : Strong desire for personal growth, empathy, and ability to level up those around you.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and workflow process.

Strong written and verbal communication and ability to articulate strategy clearly.

Bonus Points For : Experience building websites on Webflow and using other no-code platforms.

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D, etc.

Experience collaborating with Notion & Slack.

Experience launching a brand / product.
