Key Responsibilities
Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims
Provide technical direction and monitor claim activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards
Act as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, maintaining professional client relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Licenses as required and professional certifications preferred
Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
Experience in claims adjudication and quality review processes
Ability to administer personnel policies and conduct performance evaluations
