National Account Manager, eCommerce

This role is a remote, field-based position that will require traveling around New York City & Philadelphia.

Who You Are

As our eCommerce National Account Manager, you'll take the lead in building unstoppable momentum for C4 Energy and Bloom across the digital shelf. You'll own relationships and growth strategies with top Quick Commerce partners (Instacart, DoorDash, UberEats) and select Brick & Click retailers (like Walmart.com, Target.com) ensuring our brands show up with impact, intention, and excellence wherever shoppers click "add to cart."

This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.

What You're Good At :

  • Drive volume, revenue, and share across the Nutrabolt Beverage portfolio across Quick Commerce partners + 1P retailers.
  • Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with retailers. Adjust as necessary to maximize ROI.
  • Manage total trade budgets by brand / account.
  • Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed where applicable
  • Strong understanding of Target & Walmart digital ecosystems (e.g WMC, Roundel & MAP)
  • Understanding of Instacart Ads, DoorDash Ads, Gopuff Ads, WMC & Roundel a plus

In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around :

  • Retail Sales objectives
  • Price / Package and Promotion planning
  • Total points of distribution (TPD's) objectives
  • Share of Voice vs. Competition
  • What You Contribute :

  • Ideally has 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, and / or Sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities across various retailers simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting / public speaking
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods strongly preferred
