Key Responsibilities
Administer retirement plans and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines
Perform annual compliance testing and prepare necessary forms for filing
Communicate with plan sponsors regarding compliance-related matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Retirement Plans
1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience
Strong mathematical and Excel skills
Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
