What You'll Do

Join our fast-paced manufacturing team as an Associate Tech / Machine Operator. You'll be responsible for machine setup, monitoring output, minor adjustments, and troubleshooting. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who's tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up machines daily using basic computer skills

Track machine output and downtime

Compile daily reports for supervisors

Perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting

Lift and move materials (40+ lbs)

Operate and cross-train on multiple machines

Wear required protective gear (gloves, masks, clean room attire)

What You Bring

Basic computer literacy

Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand / move for 810+ hours

Willingness to learn and follow directions

Strong work ethic and attendance record

No experience requiredjust a great attitude!

Bonus Skills

Prior machine operation experience (a plus, not a must)

Comfortable working up to 6 days / week and extended hours

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.97 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
