Field Service Specialist (Charlotte)

The Field Service Specialist's primary role is to service and repair Palfinger customer's equipment at customer's or related location. This position will be field based and travel across the US.

Your Responsibilities :

• Travel to Job sites and perform field service repairs, updates and troubleshooting for mobile bucket trucks while using high degree of independent judgment.
• Perform maintenance as assigned per regional manager and as schedule.
• Schedule work and move onto the next task without supervision.
• Communicate on mechanical issues and needed repairs their regional managers.
• Responsible for daily service documentation that consists of estimates, work order authorization, ordering and recording parts, labor, and inventory documentation.
