Licensure : CA PT license (or eligibility) Technical Skills : Manual therapy, rehab protocols, aquatic therapy (optional) Soft Skills : Patient-centered care, collaborative approach Evaluate / treat orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries and post-surgical cases Develop personalized rehab plans Utilize aquatic therapy resources (select clinics) Document progress and adjust treatment protocols Collaborate with support staff for optimal patient experience
