Compensation :

$70,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing the entire process of listing properties and closing deals to ensure smooth transactions in Ocala, FL, US.
• Engage in consultations with potential buyers and sellers to comprehend their requirements and preferences for finding suitable homes, then identify properties that meet their criteria.
• Diligently follow up on leads to maintain consistent growth in the sales pipeline.
• Support in preparing written purchase offers for buyers to facilitate a prompt and seamless closing process.
• Participate actively in prospecting activities to generate new business and nurture leads for expanding sales.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends to effectively address client queries regarding potential properties and the community.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred within the Real Estate Sales industry specifically in Ocala, FL, US.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
