🏥 Providence Regional Cancer Center – Lacey, WA

Location : 4525 3rd Ave SE, Lacey, WA 98503

(Affiliated with Providence Centralia Hospital – Centralia, WA, ~30 miles away. Clinician will work only at the Lacey clinic.)

💼 Position Details

Title : Radiation Therapist

Start Date : ASAP

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks (typical)

Shift : 5x8 Hour Days

Daily Caseload : 50–60 patients

📋 Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year
  • Certifications Required :

    • BLS (Basic Life Support)

  • ARRT-T (Therapeutic Radiologic Technologist)
  • Washington State License (Pending license accepted)
  • First-Time Travelers : Accepted
  • Weekend Requirement : None
  • On-Call : Not required
  • Floating : Required – travelers regularly float between like units within their skill set
  • Block Scheduling : Not available at this time
  • Locals : Not accepted

    • (Permanent residence must be more than 50 miles from the facility)

  • RTO : All requested time off must be included at submission

    • 🔬 Special Requirements

    Experience with :

  • SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery)
  • SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy)
  • IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy)
  • 3D Conformal Radiation Therapy
  • IGRT (Image-Guided Radiation Therapy)
  • Electron setups

    • Exposure to a variety of malignant and benign diagnoses is expected.
