Position Overview

• Managing client projects to ensure agency work aligns with brand strategies and client objectives while upholding established standards for quality, budget, and timelines.
• The Group Account Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day client / agency relationship with a focus on partnering with medical and creative leads to provide proactive strategic management and drive account growth and demonstrate fiscal responsibility.
• Provides mentorship and coaching for Account direct reports and creates and implements plans for their professional skill development.
• Local (tri-state) client engagement travel as needed / required

Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range : $110,000 - $140,000

The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
