Manager, Software Engineering

SimSpace is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the team developing our Team Trainer platform within the SimSpace ecosystem which will allow our users to train teams on our cyber range platform. The ideal candidate must have strong management skills to lead teams in delivering high-quality software using Agile methods. This person will be devoted to continual improvement and fostering a team culture that values collaboration, inclusion, and creativity.

In this position, you'll lead your team through complex technical projects and collaborate closely with other teams to build scalable, reliable software. The focus is on providing oversight, guidance, work plans, and engineering know-how for a new platform being built largely from scratch. Specifically, this position will be tasked with :
