Configuration Specialist

A company is looking for a Configuration Specialist who will execute technical and configuration requirements for software deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure software and services on client devices, ensuring functionality before go-live

Manage database configuration and setup for Practice Management / Billing in accordance with project timelines

Facilitate client expectations and provide implementation support in collaboration with project management and training teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

2 years of experience with software implementation and customer service

Preferred : 2 years of experience in EHR or healthcare technology

Knowledge of medical terminology and ambulatory medical office management

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and basic SQL is a plus
