Overview
Position includes working with the withdraw management team, engaging with services dealing with substance use, trauma, anxiety and depression. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, connecting with community resources, and developing case management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in mental health and behavioral health settings as part of the withdraw management team.
- Engage with services addressing substance use, trauma, anxiety and depression.
- Develop and apply case management skills through hands-on experience.
- Ensure attention to detail in all client interactions and documentation.
- Outreach in the community to directly connect with clients and build relationships.
