Job descriptionSupervise daily operations of the dialysis unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow Provide direct patient care and monitor dialysis treatments for safety and effectiveness Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies Train, mentor, and evaluate dialysis nursing staff Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives Manage inventory and ensure availability of dialysis supplies and equipment Active RN license in Arizona or compact state eligibility Minimum of 3 years of dialysis nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in dialysis equipment and electronic health records
