Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations in our Louisville facility. This role will lead a team of 5–6 warehouse associates while actively working alongside them to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a warehouse team of 5–6 associates.

Work alongside the team on daily tasks such as unloading, staging, and put-aways.

Maintain organization and accuracy in warehouse racking and storage.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

Support scheduling, task delegation, and workflow management.

Act as the first point of contact for problem-solving and escalations.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or logistics leadership experience preferred.

Hands-on leader with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Organized, dependable, and safety-minded.
