Eclipse Creative is looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in graphics fabrication to join our growing team! This position represents Eclipse Creative in the middle step of a project and is responsible for a professional, accurate, and high quality finished project.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately read and understand drawings, plans and specs.
• Collaborate with designers, sales reps, and other team members to ensure sign quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assembly and / or fabrication of electrical and non-electrical signs according to job sheet instruction.
• Select appropriate materials and methods for each sign project
• Perform quality control checks and installation checks on finished signs to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required
• Assembling crates and packaging the finished signage.
• It is the responsibility of ALL employees to ensure the overall well being of ALL of our customers. Additional projects and clients may need assistance, all employees are expected to assist where needed.

Qualifications :

• Efficient multi-tasking and organization
• 2-3 years of experience in sign fabrication
• Understanding of low voltage LED light systems.
• Reading and understanding technical / design drawings accurately.
• Understanding of different materials involved in signage manufacturing.
• Produce high-quality work
• Experience with sign fabrication tools and equipment such as welding machines, saws, and routers.
• Knowledge of various fabrication techniques including bending, cutting, and shaping of metal and plastics.
• Able to work standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Good math skills.
• Solid analytical skills to solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised.
