Part-Time | $22–$27.60 / hr | (Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Newport Beach, Fountain Valley)

Do you love working with kids — babysitting, helping at school, or volunteering with little ones? If so, you already have the skills to make a real difference in a child’s life — and we’ll teach you the rest!

At Autism Learning Partners and Children’s Learning Connection , we work with children with autism to help them grow, learn, and thrive through play-based teaching. We provide full, paid training — no prior experience in ABA needed!

What You’ll Do

• Help Kids Learn Through Play : Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities.
• Be a Positive Role Model : Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.
• Stay Active : You’ll be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions.
• Keep Things Organized : Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too).
• Support Families : Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.
