Job Details
We’re seeking an experienced National Account Manager to oversee key client relationships and drive business growth nationwide. This role will manage large property management and commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities :
Manage and grow relationships with national and regional accounts
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing client portfolios
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
Track account performance and prepare reports on client activity and revenue trends
Generate new leads and support inside sales efforts to reach growth targets
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success
Proven track record in business development or B2B service sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with property management, facilities, or commercial service clients a plus
