Job descriptionGather and organize data from internal and external sources Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau Monitor KPIs and business metrics to identify trends and improvement areas Analyze company performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks Support strategic planning with data-driven recommendations Collaborate with finance, business management, and account teams Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions Implement tools and systems to streamline reporting and enhance productivity Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Strategic mindset with adaptability to change Familiarity with statistical modeling, forecasting, and project management principles Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP Familiarity with statistical testing and modeling techniques Exposure to forecasting methodologies Experience with process optimization and productivity tools Understanding of project management principles Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, business management, and account teams
