We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Representative Team Leader to join our Rockville, MD office. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 6 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm with occasional weekends and holidays. Pay Range : $24-27 / hour

How You'll Contribute :

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Patient Services Representative Team Leader is responsible for :

• Leads front desk staff within a designated area of a Department's operations.
• Coordinates and facilitates the effective delivery of patient services within the assigned work area by regularly monitoring patient flow and program operations.
• Leads and redirects assigned staff as needed to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery.
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information
• Optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by assessing minimum patient needs and scheduling accordingly
• Greets patients, schedules appointments, answers phones, and collects payments
• Provides a high level of customer service
