Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Clinical Technology or related science required. Minimum of 6 years of relevant hospital laboratory experience. Current NYS license as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Cytotechnologist, Histotechnologist, or Pathologists’ Assistant. ASCP certification preferred. Position Overview
The Anatomic Pathology Operations Manager oversees daily operations within the histology, cytology, and MOHS laboratories to ensure high-quality testing, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This leadership role manages supervisory staff, fosters teamwork, and ensures adherence to hospital and accreditation standards.
